How is Atlas different from a typical staking provider?
Our team ran IT and financial systems for years before proof of stake existed. We've operated infrastructure since 2019, and we bring that same operational discipline to your validators instead of treating this as a side project.
Do you carry insurance or hold SOC 2 certification?
We don't currently carry a formal insurance policy, though we do offer slash protection for enterprise customers. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 alignment are on our roadmap. We'd rather tell you exactly where we stand today than claim a certification we don't have yet.
What happens if something goes wrong with our validator?
We work from documented procedures for downtime, slashing events, forks and consensus failures, with defined monitoring thresholds and clear escalation steps behind them.
Do you ever take custody of our assets?
No. You keep control of your keys and your treasury at all times. Atlas runs the infrastructure, and we never take custody.
How fast do you respond to an inquiry?

Can you run infrastructure under our own brand?
Yes. White label hosting lets your customers see your brand while Atlas manages the underlying validators and infrastructure. We keep every client relationship confidential, so we won't name who we already do this for.
